Hillary is an energetic mom of three living on the Upper East Side, dedicated to helping busy New Yorkers reach their fitness goals. She says, “After the birth of my third child, I began to use running as a way to lose that baby weight as well as keep my sanity … it is amazing what you can train your body to do, and I love helping people achieve their goals and realize their fitness potential.” Hillary is dedicated to her own fitness regimen (she has run 3 full marathons!) as well as helping busy New Yorkers create a routine that works for them. She offers many different options: from one-on-one sessions, group training, and creating a plan that is specifically tweaked to your needs & schedule.
Hillary’s specialties include getting your body back after having a baby, all distance run training, and over-all fitness improvement. Hillary is a certified personal trainer through the Nation Academy of Sports Medicine. And, she's one of my favorite people in the world. You will love working with her!
