get the Nike Training Club app on your phone. It's free and it's amazing!! It's like having your own personal trainer and I love it cause you can really mix things up plus it kicks your butt!! we have a studio in our gym now I do it in you should come do it with me sometime!
I get Runner's World (perfect for us runners), Oxygen (aimed at weight training and clen eating), and Muscle and Fitness Hers (for us gym rats:)).
