Newsies is in NYC!! I grew up watching Newsies so I was extra excited about this one. I remember every tumbling/gymnastic recital number was choreographed to, "Open the Gates and Sieze the Day!" I went with a friend and we both thought it was amazing! Some of the songs are definitely goose bump worthy! "Santa Fe" was amazing sung by Jack. (Jeremy Jordan) He has such a clear and beautiful voice! He resembled Ashton Kutcher a little bit. Yes, he was very easy to stare at and listen to for 2 hours. It was a great cast and the music was phenomenal! This is a show I will definitely see again.

One of my dearest friends from business school came out last week to visit. We went to see "How to Succeed in Business". Nick Jonas was so awesome. He played the part great. Not to mention they auctioned off his bow tie at the end for a couple thousand dollars! Lucky little 12 year old. Her dad was determined to get that for her! I'm already looking for more tickets to take Dennis. This is a great show to take your man to.
Spiderman! Dennis had to go to work last minute so I took Davis (my 4year old) as my date. He loved it. He was so excited about taking pictures with Spidey. The beginning was a little slow for a 4 year old but once Spiderman started flying around he was completely entertained. I am glad that we saw this. One time is enough though. It's amazing to see how many spidermen they had flying around at the end. Very cool.
Stomp
Wow, Stomp was unreal. I have never seen anything like it! For 2 hours the cast members used their arms to bang, tap, hit, play, snap, clap and shake all sorts of different things. We talked to one of the cast members after the show and I asked him if his arms were tired. He looked at me like I was crazy. He still had another show that night to do! Very entertaining!

I am so impressed by how much you are able to do while living in NYC with a busy working husband and three little kids. You are amazing Jenna! I love what you've done with your blog and it's fun to hear about your adventures around Manhattan!
